By purchasing from Mistri Box you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
A Mistri Box is a retail product purchase. Each box publishes its full prize list, the number of units of each item and the current chance of receiving each one. You will receive exactly one item from that published pool, selected at random, with a retail value at or above the guaranteed floor stated on the box.
This is not gambling. There is no wager, no cash prize and no losing outcome — every purchase ships a physical product.
Values shown are estimated retail prices for the items in the pool and can change with market conditions. High-value items are intentionally rare and no customer should expect to receive one.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and shipping information. One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse or reselling automation.
Payment is taken in full before a box can be opened. All sales are final and non-refundable once a box is opened, which you acknowledge at checkout. See the Returns policy for damaged or incorrect items.
Each drop is a single sealed run and is never restocked. When the final unit sells, the box closes permanently. We may pause or retire a drop at any time; unopened paid boxes remain openable or fully refundable.
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes on delivery by the carrier; insured shipments are covered by the claims process described there.
