Every item you receive is shipped to you. Nothing is held back, stored or exchanged for credit.
Free shipping on your first order — $5 flat per order after that.
Your very first order ships free. Every order after that carries a flat $5 shipping charge.
Tracking appears on your account page as soon as the label is created, and you can follow every stage from there.
We currently ship within the United States. If you need delivery elsewhere, email vortex.retailmanagement@gmail.com before ordering.
Shipments are insured. If a parcel arrives damaged or tracking stalls for more than 7 days, contact support with your order number and photos (if damaged) and we will file the claim and make it right.
Enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once a label is printed, and we are not responsible for items delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
