This page describes the information Mistri Box collects and how we use it. It is maintained by the Mistri Box team and updated as our practices change.
To process payments, fulfil and ship orders, provide customer support, send order and shipping notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, and — if you opt in — send occasional drop announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
We share only what is necessary with the providers that run the store: our payment processor, our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and the carriers that deliver your parcel. We do not sell your personal information.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart or checkout state, plus basic analytics to understand which pages need improvement.
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and access to order data is restricted to authorised staff accounts. We keep order and consent records for as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
To access, correct or delete your personal data, email vortex.retailmanagement@gmail.com. Some records tied to completed orders must be retained for legal reasons.
